| 摘 要： | 伴随着特色数据库建设蓬勃发展知识产权风险问题日益突显,有必要对如何避免高校图书馆特色数据库在建设过程中产生的知识产权问题进行深入的研究。在分析特色数据库建设中的知识产权风险的基础上,提出了知识产权风险规避措施。

It＇ s necessary to take a deep research on the risk of intellectual property rights which course of characteristic databases construction in university library. This paper analyses the risk may emerge in the of intellectual property rights and puts forward some measures to avoid the risk. |
