| 摘 要： | 随着知识管理理论和实践的不断深入,有关企业知识管理解决方案也在不断地出现。本文通过分析LO-TUS、微软以及清华同方三家公司提供的知识管理解决方案,找出知识管理解决方案的不同点与相同点,从而指出了企业如何根据自身的特点选择相应的知识管理解决方案。

| Abstract: | With the development of theory and practice about knowledge management, there are emerging various solutions to enterprise knowledge management. The present article finds the differences among LOTUS, Microsoft and Qinghua Tong Fang enterprise through analyzing the solutions provided by the above corporations, and points out that how to select corresponding knowledge management solutions according to features thereof. |
