| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展,高校图书馆对社会开放的问题越来越受到关注。阐述了高校图书馆对社会开放的必要性,分析了高校图书馆向社会开放的现状。在总结制约我国高校图书馆对社会开放因素的基础上,针对存在的问题从思想观念、立法、馆藏资源建设、图书馆管理等角度提出应对措施。
