| 摘 要： | SIO11620:2008体系,是国际信息与文献——图书馆绩效指标,该体系共有45个指标,其中涉及图书馆流通服务的有17个指标。文章将以图书馆流通为实例,利用这17个指标进行了流通服务质量绩效实证研究,计算结果可用来评价图书馆流通服务质量。

| Abstract: | Style of SIO11620: 2008 which is the Information and Documentation—Library Performance Indicators in international includes 45 indexes and 18 indexes refer to library circulation service.This paper will take the library for example and utilizes this 18 indexes to make an empirical analysis and research of the library circulation service performance.This consequence can evaluate the performance of library circulation service.This is the first time to use this index system to analyze the quality of library circulation service performance. |
