| Abstract: | This paper deals with the trend of the library development in China, the necessity of building Hunan agricultural digitized library system and the requirement for the IT application in agriculture, discusses the basic projects of the digitized library construction, and suggests the strategy of upgrading agricultural traditional library into digitized library. |
