| Abstract: | This paper has discussed five aspects from the guiding ideology,the basic requirement and prerequisite,the implementation of the principle and objectives of fine management in library,and analysis key issues for implementation of fine management in library,such as misunderstanding,the main responsibility,the development of indicators for evaluation,effective evaluation problems,and precision collaboration between departments. |
