| 摘 要： | 知识时代的图书馆不在是过去那种以单纯文献资源多少来表明自己与别人的不同 ,而是通过知识管理取得竞争优势 ,实现更深层次的资源共享。这种新变化要求一种新的管理方式 ,即以知识为核心的管理。本文简要论述了现代图书馆知识共享环境因素的影响 ,管理模式的转变 ,并提出了知识共享的若干思路

| Abstract: | Libraries in the knowledge society is different from those in the past,in which the measurement of library resources was based purely on the quantities of library resources,but is measred on the basis of the realization of resources sharing at deep levels through the competitive advantages gained through knowledge management.Such new transformation requires a new resources management method,known as the management with inowledge as its core.The paper briefly expounds the effect of knowledge sharing environmental factors and changes of mangaement models in modern libraries and put forward thoughts on knowledge sharing. |
