“双一流”背景下涉农高校图书馆参与新农科人才培养的思考

目的/意义]分析“双一流”背景下国内高校图书馆人才培养服务研究现状,对比首批进入“双一流”建设的15所涉农高校图书馆人才培养服务情况,为涉农高校图书馆参与新农科人才培养、助力新农科建设提供参考。方法/过程]运用文献分析法,梳理国内高校图书馆人才培养服务的研究现状;运用网络调查法,调研“双一流”涉农高校图书馆在信息素质教育、研究服务与阅读服务等方面存在的问题,并对助力新农科人才培养提出展望。结果/结论]在新一轮“双一流”建设周期启动与新农科建设需求的双驱动下,涉农高校图书馆准确把握“十四五”发展格局对新农科人才的新需求,通过优化资源建设、突出为农兴农特色,提升馆员素质、加强馆员队伍建设,提升服务水平、提供高质量的服务,服务转型升级、主动服务人才培养,开展特色服务、打造涉农高校品牌等策略,深度融入新农科人才培养全过程,助力高质量新农科人才培养和学校“双一流”建设,促进涉农高校图书馆高质量发展。

Reflections on the Participation of Agricultural University Libraries in the Training of New Agricultural Talented Personnel Under the Background of "Double First-class" Initiative

Purpose/Significance] This paper analyzes the research status of talent cultivation service of domestic university libraries under the background of "Double First-Class" initiative, compares the talent cultivation service of the libraries of 15 agriculture-related universities in the first batch of "Double First-Class" construction, and provides reference for agriculture-related university libraries to participate in the new agricultural talent cultivation and help the construction of new agricultural disciplines. Method/Process] Using the literature analysis method, this paper combs the research status of talent cultivation service in domestic university libraries. Using the network survey method, this paper investigates the problems existing in the information literacy education, research service and reading service of the "Double First-Class" agriculture-related university libraries, and puts forward the prospect of helping the cultivation of new agricultural talented personnel.Results/Conclusions] Driven by the start of a new round of "Double First-Class" construction cycle and the construction of new agricultural disciplines, agriculture-related university libraries accurately understand the new demand for new agricultural talented people in the"14th Five-year Plan" period, by optimizing the resource construction, highlighting the characteristics of agriculture, improving the quality of librarians, strengthening the construction of librarian teams, improving service levels, providing high-quality services, service transformation and upgrading, and actively serving personnel training. The strategy of carrying out characteristic services and building brand of agriculture-related colleges and universities is deeply integrated into the whole process of the new agricultural talent cultivation, helping to train high-quality the new agricultural talent cultivation and build "Double First-Class" schools, and promoting the high-quality development of agriculture-related university libraries.
