随着知识经济时代的到来,高校图书馆的服务正由传统的文献信息服务向知识服务转型。通过对知识管理、知识服务的阐述,分析了高校图书馆知识管理与知识服务的内在联系,运用知识管理的原理构造出了高校图书馆知识服务模式,即知识服务用户自我服务模式、知识咨询参考馆员服务模式、知识学科馆员服务模式、知识咨询专家服务模式。
