| 摘 要： | 网络环境下的信息服务使现代高校图书馆在工作方式和内容上发生了重大变化。图书馆必须研究由此而产生的服务方式、服务对象和服务内容等的变化特点及其规律，建立与之相适应的信息服务模式，探讨满足网络环境下信息服务的对策和措施，从而提高图书馆在新形势下信息服务的质量和水平。
