医学学术论文产出力及影响力相关因素分析

目的研究论文作者背景与论文产出力和影响力的关系。方法采取多因素分析（多元逐步回归分析）方法研究我院2000年～2006年间发表的论文数及被引频次与作者背景因素之间的关系。结果在论文作者背景因素中,作者承担课题级别,是否为重点学科,学历高低,职称等级是论文产出力的四大影响因素,作者的教学职称等级和承担课题级别是论文影响力的两大影响因素。结论：为了提高科研机构的产出力和影响力,科研管理部门不仅要引导科研工作者在高影响因子期刊上发表论文,更要从科研课题立项,重点学科建设,科教协调发展上进行统筹规划。
