| Abstract: | This paper proceeds with the concept and intension of the rural IT application, sketches the facilitation of the problem that "agriculture, rural area, farmer " to solving of rural IT application development, puts forward six great strategic tasks of sustainable development in IT application in rural areas, namely, tamp a resource foundation, grasp firmly the second-level demonstration in rural areas, perfect the three systems in education, target and collection, create a four level platform at the provincial, county, township and village levels, utilize traditional and modern five kinds of media, unfold information service, and develop six application systems. |
