| 摘 要： | 建立有效的人才培养机制，是加快刊社人才成长的有效途径。阐述了建立刊社人才培养机制的重要性，探讨了刊社人才培养机制的几种可行形式。刊社应当按照编辑工作的特点和客观要求以及人才成长的规律，从教育培训、知识交流、竞争激励等方面入手，通过建立有效的机制，创造一个宽松和谐、充满活力、人才脱颖而出的良好环境．以加快科技期刊编辑人才的成长。
