摘    要:公关和营销都是非常重要的管理职能,公关用于图书馆的主要功能就是沟通,营销用于图书馆主要的作用是取得满意的社会效益。将二者融合应用于图书馆,既能通过沟通树立形象、求得支持,又能推销信息产品和服务,取得良好的社会效益,使图书馆事业得到长足的发展。

Abstract:Public relations and marketing concept are very important management f unction. The main function of public relations in library is intercommunion. The main function of marketing concept is winning a satisfactory social benefit. In tegrating public relation and marketing concept in library, not only sets up fav orable image so as to receive support,, but also promotes the sales of informati on products and service, so as to gain better social benefit, and enables the li brary enterprise to develop with leaps and bounds.
