| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国农业信息系统有查新资质的各省农科院18家查新单位的查新机构设置、人员、职称、学历、学科分布、接受培训以及查新数量等基本情况。提出了目前农业科技查新工作存在的问题并进行了分析,包括科技查新政策、工作性质、从事查新人员状况。提出了今后发展的建议:应明确科技查新单位为非营利性事业单位;建立合理的人才梯队和知识结构;扩大查新工作范围;加强宣传和查新专业知识培养。
