| 摘 要： | 图书馆的和谐发展受诸多因素影响，其中读者的言谈举止直接反应了图书馆服务水平的优劣。通过自身的工作实践，阐述了来自读者的“违章之举”、“抱怨之声”、“网恋之患”、“冷漠之势”四种不和谐给图书馆工作的启示与思考，旨在完善图书馆服务，促进图书馆和谐发展。
