| 摘 要： | 随着信息环境的变化，信息技术的快速发展，作为重要学术传媒的科技期刊也发生着根本性的变化。科技期刊只有推进期刊信息化、网络化．才能跟上时代发展的步伐。探讨科技期刊网络化发展的必要性，分析科技期刊网络系统化发展的现状及制约其发展的因素，提出推进科技期刊网络化发展的有效途径，将有利于科技期刊网络化更好更快发展。
