| 摘 要： | 细菌作为微生物中的最大群体,在重金属耐性研究领域拥有其他物种所不具有的特点。研究耐重金属细菌具有重要的理论意义和生产应用价值。基于CNKI中国期刊全文数据库,采用文献计量学的方法对我国近十年（2000-2010年）细菌重金属耐性文献进行统计分析,为了解和把握该领域研究的热点和发展趋势提供依据。

| Abstract: | The bacteria as the largest groups in the microbial field possess some characteristics that other species have not in tolerance to heavy metal research.The researches of heavy-metal tolerance in bacteria have important significance in both scientific theory and actual production practice.This paper makes statistics and analysis on tolerance of bacteria to heavy metal in this aspect of the domestic research progress in a general understanding by means of documentation from 2000 to 2010.The research has attracted extensive attention of the whole society,but still with university research mainly. |
