| 摘 要： | 当前，图书馆事业的发展正处在转轨的新时期，现代信息技术在图书馆的广泛应用和图书馆各项业务工作的深入开展以及和谐社会建设，对图书馆员的职业道德素养提出了新的要求。如何顺应时代要求，努力提高新时期图书馆员职业道德素养意义重大。从加强图书馆员职业道德素养的重要意义出发．从8个方面阐述了图书馆员应具有的道德素养。
