| 摘 要： | 该研究采用系统分析法,论述了图书资料系列职称评定的原则,以及7项评价指标的选择,建立了职称评定的数学模型：即以矩阵体系和程序的评判方法来对职称论文和职称整体评定的综合评价模式,得出评定的合理化目标,效果好,值得推广。
