| Abstract: | The Construction of literature resource,management system and Librarian troop of the library where Mao Ze-dong once studied in Hunan No.1 Normal College had distinctive characteristics.College libraries should be rich in literature resource,should improve the quality of literature resource;College libraries should develop the management system so as to be reader-centered;College libraries should promote the qualification of librarians so as to be the mentor. |
