使用种次号后再区分的探析

图书编目使用种次号法,需要对各种版本合用一个种次号的情况进行再区分。本馆按照《〈中国图书馆分类法（第四版）〉使用手册》的规定,设计版本区分号、版次号和卷次号等,并结合经常遇到的有关图书的版本、复本、多卷册等多种情况进行认定与辨析,提出相应处理方法。既能将同一著作的相关图书排架时集中到一起,又能将在版本上有细微差别的图书进行区分,方便读者利用。

Analysis of Further Distinction after Using Title Number

Title number method is used in book cataloging.It needs further distinction between the situations that various versions use one title number.According to the Manual of Chinese Library Classification（Forth Edition）,in our library we design edition distinction number,edition number and volume number,etc.,and identify and analyze many circumstances combining with the situations which encountered frequently in cataloging,about the edition,added copy,multipart volume,etc.,of books,then we propose corresponding approaches.By this method,related books of the same writing can be centralized in shelving,and books which have subtle differences in versions can be distinguished too,and there is good help for readers in using documents.
