| 摘 要： | 本文将h指数与学科馆员制度实施效益评价研究相结合,通过计算学科馆员制度实施前后25年间的8所样本高校的h指数,分析h指数的变化趋势,进而考量学科馆员制度在样本高校实施的科研效益,并对学科馆员制度未来的发展给出建议。

| Abstract: | This paper connected the H-index with the benefit research of subject librarian system. Through computing the H-index of eight universities’ scientific researches during twenty-five years since the beginning of subject librarian system, it analyzed the trend of the H-index to examine the benefit of this system in sample universities, and then gave suggestions of the future development of this system. |
