传统民营书商实施数字化战略的研究

摘    要:随着“互联网”、“信息化”对图书市场的冲击,传统民营书商逐渐投入到数字化产品的开发中。根据传统民营书商的特点,研究了其数字化战略的实施模式,设计了线下体验、线上销售、线上售后及互动的O2O平台,并通过案例分析,验证了该平台是传统民营书商实施数字化战略的有效手段。

Abstract:Following the impact of Internet and informatization on the book market, traditional private booksellers threw themselves into the exploitation of digital products gradually. Based on the characteristics of traditional private booksellers, this paper studied the model of digital strategy, designed the offlineexperiences, onlinesales, online after-sales and interactive O2O platform, and also validated by case analysis that this platform was effectivemethods for traditional private booksellers to carry out the digital strategy.
