| 摘 要： | 采用文献研究的方法来探析我国参考咨询的研究现状。主要利用CNKI为检索工具，检索2000--2010年有关参考咨询的研究论文，并对检索结果进行统计分析，对参考咨询的热点问题、论文地区分布、研究开放存取的作者以及作者合作情况等问题进行探讨研究，从而揭示我国图书情报学界的热点问题之一——参考咨询理论及实际应用的发展趋势。
