摘    要:在当今个性化,商业化的社会服务中,各行各业都注重服务意识的提高,谁提供优质高效的服务谁就占据了市场。精明的消费者看中的不仅仅是企业产品的质量,更看重企业产品的个性化服务.一些以服务为主的行业,更是以个性化、人性化的服务作为品牌,吸引消费者目光,创造可观利润,那么在高校图书馆服务行业中也不例外。

Abstract:In today's personalized,business-oriented social services,businesses are service-oriented awareness,which provide quality and efficient services will come to occupy the market.Savvy consumers saw only the quality of enterprise products,enterprise products more attention to personalized service,some service-based industries,even based on personalized,personalized service as a brand to attract consumer attention,create substantial profits,then the university library service industry is no exception.
