| 摘 要： | 结合《著作权法》,分析我国数字图书馆知识产权保护目前存在的问题,从《著作全法》的角度,考察了数字图书馆著作权保护标准、豁免权、合理使用、邻接权、复制权、技术措施等知识产权保护问题,,并构建了数字图书馆知识产权保护机制。

| Abstract: | In this paper,Copyright Law as the domain of China's Digital Library under the protection of intellectual property rights of confusion exists,from the copyright protection of digital library standards,immunity,reasonable use,neighboring rights,reproduction rights,technical measures to build a digital library of intellectual property rights protection mechanisms,will help protect the Digital Library of the legitimacy of information services and security. |
