摘    要:读者满意度不仅是图书馆服务质量的衡量标准也是衡量图书馆采访工作质量的标准之一。简单分析了现代高职高专学院图书采访工作所面临的新形势,提出了新形势下提高采访工作读者满意度的诸多措施。

Abstract:Reader’ s satisfaction is not only the library service quality standard but also the measure of quality standard of library interview work.This article simply analyzes the new situation that the book interview work in higher vocational colleges forward to and proposed many measures to improve the reader’ s satisfaction of the interview work.
