| 摘 要： | 虚拟参考咨询服务已成为当今图书情报界必不可少的服务项目,对其进行评价也就显得犹为重要与紧迫。通过分析当前虚拟参考咨询服务评价的现状,围绕虚拟参考咨询服务的评价标准与体系提出了一些拙见。
