简论图书馆资源共享进程中编目工作若干问题

就制约图书馆资源共享中编目工作所涉及的管理、科技、编目人员、有效数据及编目数据质量5个方面问题进行论述。具体来说,一是机制、保障不健全和领导层重视不够;二是现代化程度低和科研成果跟不上需要;三是编目人员素质整体欠佳和编目员共享意识淡薄;四是可共享的有效编目数据有限;五是编目数据质量参差不齐,质量差异大。

Problems of Cataloguing Work in the Course of Library Resource Sharing

This paper has expounded five problems in cataloguing work during the course of library resource sharing involved in administration,science and technology,cataloguers,available sharing cataloguing data and cataloguing data quality.First,the problems of administering are that mechanism and guarantee are unsound.Second,the problems of technical condition are that modern level is low and scientific research can't keep up with needs;third,cataloguer's quality is poor and their conception of resource sharing is indifferent in all.Four,available sharing cataloguing data is finite;Five sharing cataloguing data quality is uneven and diversity.
