| 摘 要： | 阐述了数字化的网络环境下，从社会发展要求、图书馆发展要求和图书馆员自身发展要求3个方面论述了图书馆员继续教育的必要性，阐述了继续教育对图书馆员素质提高方面起到的作用，最后对图书馆员继续教育的内容和形式进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The paper has elaborated the necessity of the librarian＇ s continuing education under the digitized network environment, which from three aspects to elaborate, that is the social development request, the library development request and the librarian＇ s own development requested, elaborated the continuing education＇ s function enhanced to the Librarian＇ s quality, and analyzed content and the form of the continuing education to the librarian finally. |
