摘    要:读者满意是图书馆长期以来的办馆理念,也是提高图书馆办馆效率的一种管理措施,但如何测量读者的满意度,如何确定衡量读者满意度的标准,在实际工作中具有一定的难度.以我馆期刊工作读者满意初探,浅议了期刊读者满意调查中的一些问题和想法.

Abstract:Readers are satisfied with the long-run library idea in running a library to enhance management efficiency,but how to measure the degree of satisfaction of readers still remains a problem.Readers can determine the methods to measure satisfaction degree but in actual work it is still very difficult.From the preliminary exploration on Periodical work,the paper has discussed some problems and thought in the investigation of periodical reader satisfaction.
