| Abstract: | The primary purpose of university education is to train and prepare senior talents for China. Cultivating and training of students' information attainment are important measures in improving their capacity to learn and research. This paper expounded the meaning of information attainment education and explored effective measures of instructing students to seek for and utilize information resources of the university libraries. |
