| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代，加强知识管理与服务工作是高校图书馆生存与发展的必然选择。笔者针对现代高校图书馆知识管理与服务工作进行了一些调研和思考，重点探析了以人为本开展学科服务、信息资源服务、培养用户自助服务以及增进知识资源共享等问题。
