| 摘 要： | 信息资源获取是公民的一项基本权利,但获取信息要付出一定的成本,实现信息资源共享可降低信息获取的成本。在信息资源获取视野中探讨信息资源共享问题,这是一个新的研究视角。文章对此进行了分析并构建基于信息资源获取的信息资源共享新范式。
