| Abstract: | through the conceptual analysis of information about Vulnerable groups to find the information users of farmers,and sum up the characteristics of users of information and to find out how to meet the information needs of farmers users so that make the farmers in the knowledge economy era of information users will not be out of the community what's more in order to improve the cultural attainment of the peasants. |
