| 摘 要： | 以湛江师范学院图书馆为案例，研究图书馆工作人员的素质和素质教育现状，分析了图书馆馆员的素质在高校图书馆知识管理过程中的作用。阐释了只有对图书馆工作人员进行全面素质教育，才能促进图书馆知识管理的进程，实现知识的有效管理，提高高校图书馆的服务质量。

| Abstract: | By taking the library of the Zhanjiang Normal College as an example,this paper has studied on the quality and current situation of quality education of librarians,analyzed the function of librarian quality in library knowledge management,expounded on the situation in which,only when we implement overall quality education on librarians,can we promote the process of library knowledge management,realize an effective knowledge and improve service quality of university libraries. |
