| 摘 要： | 探讨了网络环境下,高校图书馆读者互动服务在互动空间、互动形式、互动时间、互动角色及互动成效上的深刻变化。并提出了建立网络互动平台、加强高校图书馆间网际协作、建立特色数据库和个性化服务等具体应对措施。

| Abstract: | The paper has discussed the great changes of services for readers under network environment in the following areas: interactive space,style,time,role and the results.It put forward some solutions to meet the challenge,such as to set up net-work interactive platform,to strengthen the cooperation among university libraries on line,to set up databases on special fields,to provide individualized information service. |
