| 摘 要： | 学术期刊稿约是编辑部获取稿件,作者选择是否以及如何投稿的一座桥梁。然而现实中,由于稿约均是由各编辑部根据自身情况而制定,导致稿约存在发布渠道单一、内容难以满足作者需求、较少考虑维护作者权益等诸多问题。从编者与作者之间的关系,得出以下几点建议:编者在撰写稿约前应广泛征询意见;稿约内容应根据作者需求,突出重点,并适当以其他方式加以补充;多途径公布稿约,便于作者获取与查询。
