| 摘 要： | 图书馆人际关系是图书馆里最直接而主要的社会心理环节,它不仅影响图书馆成员个体心理的发展和行为的改变,而且影响图书馆的建设、组织能力的发挥,影响着服务质量的提高和服务目标的实现。所以,高校图书馆必须处理好馆员与领导之间,馆员与馆员之间,馆员与读者之间的人际关系。
