| 摘 要： | 以无芒雀麦种群为研究对象,用1种新的固定样方法和常用随机取样法,比较两种取样方法对同一研究对象——无芒雀麦的株高、密度、地上生物量及相应的动态变化的差异。结果表明:2种取样方法获得的数据有差异;方法1(固定样方法)在反映无芒雀麦的地上生物量动态变化时,能在株高和密度的背景值一致的基础上进行,是准确研究无芒雀麦的地上生物量变化规律的取样方法。 |

| Abstract: | With two methods of sampling,the dominant population biomass,density,height of Bromus inermis were investigated in the different growth stage.The results were different with two methods.The biomass dynamics of Bromus inermis can be correctly studied under same background of height and density with the first method(permanent quadrat method). |
