饲用玉米发芽出苗期抗旱鉴定方法和指标的研究

摘    要:高渗溶液发芽法在饲用玉米发芽出苗期的抗旱性鉴定中是可行的。出苗指数是最准确有效的抗旱鉴定指标;种子吸胀24h的吸水率和高渗溶液发芽率(PEG—10巴)是较好的抗旱鉴定指标;淀粉酶活性的伤害率和萌动种子吸水率及胚芽长可作为重要的参考鉴定指标。利用这些指标进行综合评价可较全面真实地反映饲用玉米发芽出苗期的抗旱性。

Abstract:The method of secd germinaton in high osmotic solution is feasible for theapprecisal of drought-resistance in the seedlings of forage rnaize. The index of seedling e-Tnergence is the most accurate and effective appraisal index of drought-resistance;the water-absorbing rate of seeds in the initial 24h and the germination percentage of seeds in highosmotic solulion(PEG, 10bar)are reliable appraisal indexes of draught resistance;the in-hibitarv rate of amylase activity,the water absorbing rate of the germinating seeds and thelength of coleoptile may be used as important reference appraisal indexes of drought resis-tance.Evaluatons based these indexes may refiect the drought resistance in seeding stageof forage maize.
