沙棘果渣的营养价值及应用

摘    要:沙棘果渣营养丰富,含有大量糖类、脂类、蛋白质、维生素、氨基酸等。特别是胡萝卜素含量高达34.20mg/100g、蛋白质16.67%、Vc17.7mg/100g、V_B1.71mg/100g、V_A0.85/100g,并且富含17种氨基酸及多种微量元素。此外,还含有黄酮类化合物,多种非饱和脂肪酸、甾醇、糖萝卜碱、肌糖及生物活性物质。而且具有祛痰止咳、消积化滞、活血散瘀、补脾健胃等功效。实属畜禽饲料上乘佳品。本着沙棘“无废料加工”、资源综合利用的原则,本文对内蒙古保健饮料厂提供的沙棘果渣进行了较全面的分析,为我区沙棘资源的综合利用提供依据并对沙棘果渣的饲喂效果作一简单介绍。

Abstract:Hippophae rhamnoides fruit residues are nutritious, rich in abohydrates lipids proteins, vitamins and amino acids. Its tsconten of main nutritive substances are: 34.20mg/100g of carotene, 16.67%, of proteins, 17.7mg/100g of Vitaminc, 1.71mg/100g of vitamin E, 0.85mg/100g of Vitamin A. It cantains 17 amino acids and many race elements. In addition, there are chemical compound of progesterone elements, unsaturated fatty acids, sterols, cholines, muscle sugar and bio-active elements in it. It can make expectoration easy and relieve cough, eliminate indigestion and stagnant, diminish blood extravasation and invigorate the circulation of blood, and also, invigorate the function of the spleen and stomach. It is the best food for domestic animals and fowls. this article gives a complete analy sis of the Hippophae rhamnoides fruit residues provzided by Inner Mongolia beverage factory. It makes a brief in roduction of the feeding effect of the Hippophae rhamniides fruit residues provides basis for the utiliztion of Hippophae rham noides fruit residues in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
