二月兰对水分胁迫生理生化的响应

摘    要:旱害是较常见的植物非生物胁迫之一,本文比较了水分胁迫下二月兰生理生化指标变化,为植物抗旱研究提供了依据.结果表明:在轻度水分胁迫下,二月兰可溶性糖含量呈先降后升的趋势,SOD、POD、MDA含量呈上升趋势;在中度水分胁迫下,可溶性糖含量表现出持续增加的趋势,SOD、POD、MDA呈先上升后下降的趋势;在重度水分胁迫下,二月兰可溶性糖含量从胁迫初期到末期都表现出显著升高的趋势,而SOD、POD、MDA含量呈先上升后下降的趋势.这表明二月兰对水分胁迫具有一定的抵抗能力,这种抗性随胁迫强度的增加而减弱.

Abstract:Drought is one of the more commonly seen abiotic stress.In this paper,the physiological and biochemical index changes of Orychophragmus violaceus are compared under the water stress and which provides a basis for the study on the draught-resistance of plants.The result shows that the soluble sugar of Orychophragmus violaceus has a decreasing tendency first and then increases under the slight water stress,and the SOD,POD and MDA contents will increase.The soluble sugar of Orychophragmus violaceus has a continuously increasing tendency and the SOD,POD and MDA contents will go up first and then fall down in the moderate water stress.Under the severe stress,the soluble sugar of Orychophragmus violaceus has an obvious trend for increase all the way and the SOD,POD and MDA contents will increase first and then decrease.It shows that Orychophragmus violaceus has a certain resistance to the water stress and the resistance will decrease with the strength of coerce.
