| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍了组织培养技术及转基因技术在牧草遗传育种的应用,分析了牧草转基因技术的现状和存在问题,提出了今后利用生物技术进行牧草遗传改良的研究方向和克服生物技术存在弊端的措施。 |

| Abstract: | Advances in forage planttissue culture and plant regeneration and genetic manipulation over the last 20 years have provided programs. This review summarizes recent progress in biotechnological applications to forage and turf improvement. Issues relevant to this area of agricultural science are also discussed. |
