嫁接黄瓜在愈合过程中的解剖观察和抗氧化酶活性的变化研究

摘    要:以黑子南瓜为砧木,以"津寒3号"黄瓜品种为接穗,对嫁接苗第1d、第2d、第3d、第4d、第5d、第6d、第7d、第8d、第12d嫁接苗愈合部位组织进行解剖观察及接穗、愈合面和砧木3个位点的SOD、POD和CAT进行了研究。结果表明,第1阶段:嫁接后1d和2d隔离层形成;第2阶段:嫁接后3d和4d愈伤组织形成;第3阶段:嫁接后5d和6d愈伤组织分裂增殖、抱合、连接;第4阶段:嫁接后7d和8d形成层恢复、输导组织的连接。黄瓜苗嫁接后第12d愈合部位形成了新的维管束。此时嫁接苗已经成活,经过逐渐放风的嫁接苗可以去掉嫁接夹。嫁接苗的愈合面SOD、POD和CAT的活性高于嫁接苗的接穗和砧木;嫁接苗的3个位点的SOD、POD活性均表现出先升高后降低的趋势,在嫁接后6d出现峰值;嫁接苗的3个位点的CAT活性最大峰值出现在10d。

Abstract:Take the black mole pumpkin as the stock,and Take the cucumber of "Jin han 3" as the scion.Anatomy observation of the grafts seedling and the difference in SOD,POD,CAT of scion,callus and stock,and the stocks.Through anatomy observation of the grafts seedling,the results,show that :The first stage :after grafts 1d and 2day,insulating layer forms;The second stage :after grafts 3d and 4d ,callus forms;The third stage :after grafts 5d and 6d,callus split,embrace and connect;The fourth date : after grafts 7d and 8d,cambium restores,the conducting tissue connects.After the cucumber seedling grafted 12th day,to the new vascular bundle form at the heal spot.The grafts has already survived,so the grafts clamps can be removed.And the result indicated that the graft seedlings are stronger than the offspring.SOD,POD,CAT activeness in the callus of the graft seedling is higher than the other parts of the graft seedling.POD and SOD activeness of Graft seedlings'three pots presents the tendency that rise firstly,then drop;its max value appears after grafted 6 days.CAT activeness of Graft seedlings' have the max value appears after grafted 10 days.
