摘 要: | 为了评价沙葱的营养价值。我们测定了沙葱腌制品中水分,灰分,膳食纤维总糖,粗蛋白,粗脂肪,无机成分和氨基酸的含量。结果表明,沙葱中各种营养素比较齐全,所含的常量矿物质。必需微量元素和氨基酸均高于一般的蔬菜,是一种营养丰富的野菜食品。

Abstract: | In order to evaluate the nutrition vaule of Allium victorialis L.,the contents of moisture?ash?dietary fiber?carbohydrate?protein?fat?inorganic components and amino acid in saltpreserved Allium victorialis L. were andysed.The results showed that was a satisfactory variety of nutritional component,the contents of main minerals?essential trace elements and amino acids were higher than general vegetables.Therefore Allium victorialis L. is a nutritive edible wild herbs food. |
