基于虚拟仪器的揉碎机振动测试与分析

摘    要:以虚拟仪器的特点及构成技术为基础,利用虚拟仪器软件开发平台LabVIEW及相关硬件产品,构建出秸秆加工机械的振动测试分析系统,并完成对9R-40型揉碎机转子振动信号的采集、分析,得出转子振动的频率为45.14Hz,证明了该系统的准确性和适用性。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics and structure of virtual instrument,utilizing the LabVIEW software development platform of virtual instrument and the relative hardware product,the vibration measurement and analysis system for rubbing and breaking machine was build up.In addition,the vibration signals of 9R-40 rubbing and breaking machine rotor are acquired and analyzed,the conclusion can be drawn that vibration frequence of rotor is 45.14Hz.The results showed that the measurement system is accurate and applicable.
