| 摘 要： | 本文利用染色体常规制片法，对内蒙古境内分布的5种葱属（Allium L.）根茎组植物进行了染色体核型分析。结果表明，根茎组植物的染色体以8为基数，属大型染色体，绝大多数为中部着丝点染色体，并常带随体。其中野韭（A.ramosum L.）的核型公式为2n=4x=32=30m(2SAT) 2sm，细叶葱（A.tenuissimum L.)为2n=4x=32=28m 2st 2sm，黄花葱（A.condensatum Turcz.)为2n=2x=16m，矮葱（A.anisopodum Ledeb.)为2n=2x=16m,山葱（A.senescens L.) 为2n=2x=16m，多数属原始类型。

| Abstract: | It analyzed on the chromosomal nuclear type of 5 stolon-plant of Allium L.in Inner Mongolia by the Common chromosomal way.The result showed;the chromosomal basis numbers of stolon-plants were eight,and were large type.A majority of them were middle chromosome.The nuclear type formula of A.ramosum L.was 2n=4x=32=30m(2STA)+2sm,that of A. tenuissimum L.was 2n=4x=32=28m+2st+2sm,that of A.condensatum Turez.was 2n=2x=16m,that of A.anisopodium L.was 2n=2x=16m,of A.senescens L.was 2n=2x=16,majority of them were original type. |
