土壤干旱条件下脱落酸根冠通讯的研究进展

摘    要:脱落酸作为土壤干旱条件下的根冠通讯信号已为众多的研究所证实。本文对植物在水分胁迫下ABA作为根冠通讯信号的整个响应过程:包括ABA的产生、运输,地上部对来自根部ABA信号的反应等内容进行了综述。并从植物品系、脱水蛋白的产生、渗透调节等方面介绍了ABA与植物抗旱性的关系。

Abstract:ABA(absicisic-acid) as calypter communication signals under stress is testified by lots of research results.The production and transportation of ABA and the responses of leaves to ABA which comes from the root were reviewed. At the same time, the relationships between ABA and drought-tolerance were discussed in the following aspects including plant varieties, the emergence of dehydrin and the osmotic adjustment.
